"Honestly helped with the pain"
I used this before getting waxed and it defintely helped take the edge off. It didn’t make me totally numb or anything, but the sting was way more manageable. It did take a little longer to kick in than I expected, so I’d put it on earlier next time. Overall, happy with it

The last tube I got felt way weaker than the one before, which was disappointing. Maybe it was just that one, but if one tube can be that off, I have to assume the quality is inconsistent in general. I probably won’t buy it again

I’ve been using this and really like how quickly it sinks in. Once it dries, there’s no sticky or greasy residue left behind. I had asked support about the texture before buying, and they basically said it should absorb cleanly without that heavy feel, which has been true for me...

I ordered from Zensa Skin Care and was charged right away, but the shipping took way longer than I expected. The tracking barely changed for days, so I wasn’t sure what was going on, and the package ended up arriving late. The product itself was fine once it got here, but the wait and lack of updates were frustrating. I’m not sure I’d order again.

"Not a fan of the texture"
I really wanted to like this, but the texture just wasn’t for me. It felt thicker than I expected and didn’t spread very easily on my skin. After I put it on, my face stayed kind of sticky for a while instead of feeling smooth. I was charged with no update concern on that side, but for the price, I expected the product itself to feel a lot better. It might work for someone else, but I didn’t love the consistency

"Worked alright, but my skin didn’t love it"
I used this for a few days and at first it actually felt nice, but then my skin started getting red and a little itchy. Maybe it’s just me and it doesn’t agree with my skin type. Shipping was fine and ordering from the site was easy enough, so I’m giving it 3 stars.

"Getting a refund was such a hassle"
The return process was a mess. I had to email them more than once, the replies were slow, and they kept asking me for the same information again, which felt completely unnecessary.

The refund took way too long, and I never really got clear updates along the way. It was just more stress than it should’ve been, so I don’t see myself ordering from Zensa Skin Care again.

"Helped a little after my laser treatment"
I used this after a laser appointment, i’m still not totally sure how I feel about it. It did feel nice going on and didn’t sting at all, which I really appreciated. My skin healed okay, but maybe I was expecting too much because it wasn’t exactly a super fast recovery. The tube also seems kind of small for the price, unless I’m just being picky. Overall, it’s not bad, but I wouldn’t say it blew me away either.

I had an issue with my order it took more back-and-forth than I expected. After a couple of emails without much progress, I had to escalate the complaint before things really started moving. It wasn’t the quickest support experience, but to be fair, they did finally sort it out in the end...
